In this respect, by accessing or using the Matrex website, the user is automatically bound by these general terms and conditions of use, and any successive changes made by CNES at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Account creation

Prior registration on the site is required for accessing the information provided. The user must create a personal account using a registration form available on the site. Registration is free. The user agrees to complete all of the form’s obligatory fields and to provide the necessary personal information, that is accurate and complete on the day of registration, in order to enable CNES to validate the creation of their personal account.

The implications of failure to comply with this condition may under no circumstances be attributed to CNES, and the user at fault will be held liable.

The personal account is created for a renewable period of one year. The user will receive an email inviting them to renew their registration. If there is no response, it will be assumed that the user does not wish to renew their registration. CNES reserves the right to validate the creation of a personal account and the chosen user status.

Then the user chooses a confidential code. This code is strictly personal and for personal use only.
